Welcome to FlightInk. By downloading, installing, or using the FlightInk application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
FlightInk is a digital flight logbook that allows you to record your flights, visualize your routes on a map, and view travel statistics. The App is published by Arkendia.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. Account and Data
FlightInk does not require account creation. Your data is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, synced via iCloud. You are responsible for backing up your data.
4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
FlightInk offers Premium features available through:
- Yearly subscription: automatically renews each year unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Lifetime purchase: a one-time payment granting permanent access to Premium features.
Payments are processed by Apple through the In-App Purchase system. Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by country. The subscription is linked to your Apple account.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions).
Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App in compliance with the law and these Terms. You may not:
- Attempt to modify, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Circumvent the security measures or protections of the App.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its content, design, and source code are the exclusive property of Arkendia and are protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you through the use of the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is." Arkendia does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall Arkendia be liable for:
- Loss of data resulting from the use of the App.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
Arkendia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Continued use of the App after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Arkendia reserves the right to suspend access to the App in case of a violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute relating to the use of the App shall be submitted to the competent courts of France.
